Custom TPU Shape Process
Need a TPU patch shape that is not currently available in our store? We can create a custom shape specifically for your order.
Custom shapes require a minimum order of 100 pieces and include a one-time setup fee to create the custom shape. Once the cutting shape has been made, you will not be charged the setup fee again when reordering the same shape and size.
1. Send Us Your Design
Send us a picture, sketch, drawing, PDF, pattern, or any other reference showing the shape you would like.
Please include the desired width and height whenever possible. Don’t have a finished design? Send us what you have, and we will help guide you through the process.
2. Receive Your Quote
After reviewing your design, we will provide a quote that includes:
- The cost of your TPU patches
- The one-time custom shape setup fee
- Any recommended adjustments to the design
A minimum purchase of 100 TPU patches is required for all custom shapes.
3. Approve the Shape
Once the quote and setup fee are approved, a digital drawing of your shape will be created.
Rough edges may be smoothed, uneven lines may be cleaned up, and the shape may be made symmetrical when appropriate.
You will receive a proof to review before the custom cutting die is produced. Please carefully check the shape, size, measurements, and proportions before approving it.
Once the proof is approved, the design is considered final.
4. Production
After the proof is approved and payment is received, your custom cutting die and TPU patches will go into production.
The estimated turnaround time is approximately 10 business days. Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the shape, order quantity, and current production schedule.
Reordering Your Custom Shape
Your setup fee is a one-time charge for that specific shape and size. Future orders using the exact same shape and dimensions will only require the applicable TPU patch order cost.
Changes to the shape or size may require a new setup fee.
