Our TPU patches feature a smooth printable surface that works with compatible flexible UV ink. After printing your design and peeling the backing, the patch can be applied using a standard heat press or mini heat press.

Easy to Print and Apply
BondN UV TPU patches are designed to make the decorating process simple.
Print your design directly onto the patch using compatible flexible UV ink (you can use non flexible UV ink but it will most likely start cracking if the material is real flexible), peel the backing, position it on your item, and apply it using the recommended heat settings. Some materials may need longer heating time.
Our patches can be used with a full-size heat press or a mini heat press, making them a great option for both established print shops and people working from home.
Custom TPU Patch Shapes
Need a shape that is not currently available in our store?
We offer custom TPU patch shapes for qualifying orders of 100 pieces or more. A one-time setup fee is required to create the custom cutting shape.
Most custom orders have an estimated turnaround time of approximately 10 business days after the design and specifications are approved.
Customers may submit a picture, drawing, PDF, pattern, or other reference showing the shape they need.
