SHIPPING POLICY

        Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. $8 for standard 4-6 day USPS shipping on orders up to $98.99 and FREE USPS shipping on orders $99 and up. Customer order will take longer.  We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 United States at the time. Usually light items will be shipped USPS and the heavier orders will be shipped UPS Ground.  We will provide you with a tracking number once your item has shipped.  If you have a large order, you will likely have to sign for the package.  If your order is sent back to us, due to an insufficient address or refused by you, we will charge a 25% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges , so please make sure you have the correct address. If you didn't receive your item and tracking shows it delivered, the only thing we can do is contact the shipping carrier and open a investigation, in most cases, the item was delivered to the neighbors house or someone in the house hold misplaced it. We apologize if this happens but shipping carriers do make mistakes, please be patient with us while we try to find out what happened.
